Story of My Life

Wow, I really need to update this more. Sorry guys, I didn't mean to abandon dA, things have just been really crazy lately. I'm half way through my 10th grade year and I haven't had a lot of time to do anything. But since I'm in the middle of a long winter break, I'd thought I'd finally update my journal.

Well, as I stated before, I am now in 10th grade! Nothing specail really, pretty much like 9th grade except gym is a lot more fun, the classes are a bit harder, and you don't get harrased for being a freshmen. So yeah, a pretty good year so far. It's been going really fast though, can't believe I'm halfway through 10th grade, it's really weird.

OBESSIONS

Over the summer and into the beginning of the school year I got into some new things, finally!

During summer vacation I started watching Burn Notice on USA. I only really got into it in the second season, but the first season aired when I was in school and I usually don't follow T.V. shows well when I'm in school. But it's a pretty good show, and funny as well. Check it out!

I become bored a lot during school, so I decided to start reading again! It made the time go by a lot faster, espcailly when I had nothing to do. My sister suggested Artemis Fowl, so I picked it up and I didn't put it down until I was finished with the sixth book. I FLEW through that series, it was sooo good! Espcailly the last few books, it was amazing. Even if there was a time paradox, but I've watched Star Trek before, they do worse things in that show then screwing around with time. Ugh, I really want the next book to come out but that won't happen for at least another three years D: I don't know what I'm going to do with my life!!!

Naruto! Yes, I'm still hooked. When will it end? I have no freakin' idea... the last few manga chapters have been FREAKING SAD. Good lord Kishimoto, might as well kill everyone off, that would been a good ending for the manga: and everyone DIED! I'm not bitter...

Stargate: Atlantis: Since my siblings and I have competely finished Stargate: SG1 (all ten seasons, 200+ episodes)we needed something else to obess on (mostly my sister) So my sister found out how amazing Stargate: Atlantis was! And now she's competely obessed and bought like 4 seasons of it and it's the only thing she wants to watch. I like it a lot, but I don't want to watch it every minute of the day! Good God. But it's still really good, it's not better or worse than Stargate: SG1, but you can't compare it to that, it's a great standalone even though it does tie in a lot with the other series.

Futurama!!! Omg, I that show! Godly! I love all of the movies (sadly, only own the first and third D but each movie is better than the last. Hehe, they're so funnnyy! <--- is NOT obessed or anything


dA Crap

I have been drawing, don't get me wrong. I've been drawing a lot actually. In art class we're doing a year round project, outside of the class actually. We're doing a picture story pretty much. You can do whatever size and medium you want, as a long as you are consistent. I'm using watercolor and pencil, I really like it so far. I did it pretty big in size, so the only way I'd be able to post it on here would be to take pictures of them and it'd be really crappy quality. But my art teacher said at the end of the year when everyone finished their's, they can make smaller copies, so I can hopefully have that done so I can post the pictures up here. I'm really proud of them, even if my art teacher didn't like some aspects of them. But I don't really listen to what she says anymore!
